The hotel is family-run, and its warm atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. With 5 teenagers and 2 children in tow, we found the pool to be a fantastic place to unwind after exploring Gjirokastra's historical charm. The breakfast offerings were delightful, featuring amazing homemade meals.

My wife says that navigating the narrow streets was a little tricky for our family.

Had a blast with friends! The hotel has stunning views, and we loved visiting the castle and exploring the Bazaar. The hosts were super helpful, arranging taxis for us. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of homemade goodies. The place had a cozy and friendly vibe, making it feel like home.

i can't recommend hotel gjirokastra enough! the location is perfect, just moments away from the castle and the charming old town shops. my room was spotlessly clean, and the warm welcome from the lady who runs the hotel with cold drinks was a lovely touch. breakfast was delightful, especially the homemade pancakes and local treats.
